Peter is a senior oil and gas executive with 33 years of experience covering most commercial areas of the gas value chain. He spent 31 years with the oil major Shell, initially starting as a production geologist before undertaking commercial roles in the downstream, midstream, new business development and contracting and procurement. Key roles in Shell included SME for negotiations and GM for Supplier Management where his focus was to build sustainable partnerships. Much of Peter’s time in Shell has been in M&A and as project manager he has led multiple deal teams in the pursuit of contractual negotiations covering most areas of the World with deal values ranging from $1bln to $20bln. He has deep experience in LNG and FLNG commercial matters including structuring and framing deals. He has a broad industry network having worked closely with many strategic suppliers to Shell.
Brian Young’s career with the Royal Dutch Shell Group spanned over thirty-five years in which he became one of Shell’s leading experts in project management and held senior engineering and management positions in New Zealand, Europe, Curacao and Canada. In addition, rationalized the company’s global project delivery procedures and lead the development/implementation of the Shell Project Academy. Brian's skills include developing projects, improving organizational capability and integrating multiple teams and functions across major capital projects and provides a practical understanding of the governance and assurance required for successful project implementation.
Francis has been a Board level member for the past 14 years, holding positions such as CFO, Commercial Director and Business Development Director in businesses operating in the Oil & Gas Services, Marine, Facilities Management, Power, Software and Consultancy industries. As a Lead Business Development Consultant for 7 years, Francis has helped develop business improvement, business plans, detailed financial forecasts, performance analysis, business intelligence and streamlined processes and procedures for companies in the Power, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Environmental Technology, Fintech, Banking and Hospitality Industries. Francis has developed businesses by introducing state of the art systems, including software and manufactured systems that support the strategies of companies. By carrying out detailed analysis, comparisons and research, Francis ensures the technology is both fit for purpose as well as financially beneficial. Previously, Francis worked for Grant Thornton Chartered Accountants in the UK, specializing in corporate recovery and has experience working in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Francis is a seasoned professional and holds a first class honours degree in Business Information Systems.
David has over a 30 year international career built on extensive oilfield and project experience. This encompasses technical and operational assignments involving all aspects of delivering Operations Readiness in Projects for fixed and floating installations (FSPO & FLNG), offshore field management, including installation, commissioning, start-up, hand over and steady state operations.
Skilled in the day-to-day management of all field related activities striving to achieve Operations Excellence through continuous improvement of safe operations, on target production, demonstrable asset integrity, budget control, logistics and employee relations.
He has previously worked for GDF Suez Bonaparte Pty Ltd as their Operations and Maintenance Manager on the Bonaparte FLNG project. Prior to this he was with Shell International E&P for 8 years in senior project related positions.
Recent successful delivery through pre FEED to steady state operation includes FPSO Fluminense (Bijupira & Salema deep water development with Subsea tie back), FPSO Espirito Santo (BC10 deep water development with Subsea tieback and separation of gas at the mud line) and most recently delivered operations readiness to FID and implementation in Execute for Shell Prelude FLNG. His career successes to date are with globally recognised international oil companies BP & Shell International E&P.
Mark is a highly experienced EVP, with over 35 years Oil & Gas experience of which, 30 years were focused with Shell in various Project Management and Contract Management roles.
At Shell, Mark began as a Maintenance Technician and progressed to Manager levels for a variety of projects,
commodities, and divisions. He was engaged in multiple international projects ranging from $1bn to $10bn. Mark also worked at Shell as a senior negotiator on Shells Master Services Agreement. The value of the Master Servies Agreement was circa $20 billion + and resulted in a , considerable saving which was delivered to Shell Shareholders.
Following the success at Shell, Mark has previously developed the ENI E&Ps FLNG Project Services team to support Mozambique and other conceptual/generic FLNG opportunities within the ENI LNG Coordination Unit E&P London. He delivered the FEED on a $1b Plus Refinery Rebuild. Concurrently he was developing and resourcing the FEED organization for the KPE refinery in order to meet future European Fuel specifications at Kuwait Petroleum Netherlands.
At Lloyds, Jagadish is Director for LNG Trading and marketing. He is responsible for sourcing, trading, and optimizing LNG cargoes. He leverages his knowledge and relationships with LNG producers and consumers to deliver value. He formerly served as Director of LNG Trading & Marketing for Excelerate Energy, with responsibility and oversight for its day-to-day LNG trading and marketing activities. During his six years at Excelerate, he opened up several markets for Excelerate across the world and concluded several short term LNG transactions, including LNG sales for some of its FSRU customers. He also worked on strategies for marketing long-term LNG from Excelerate’s liquefaction plants and marketed the production.

He has over 20 years’ experience at DSME in various roles including GM, Sales & Marketing and Tender management for offshore facilities like Drilling rigs, FPSO, FSRU and Fixed platforms as well as a Logistics & HUC planning for offshore campaigns.
A highly experienced senior executive and advisory board member for an established Oil & Gas operator in the UK and previously an accomplished Executive VP for Projects in Shell Group responsible for an annual capital budget of $15Bn, has a combined 37 year’s experience in planning and construction of joint venture onshore/offshore projects, oil and gas processing facilities, petrochemical plants, and alumina refineries, including shutdown and revamp projects. Expert in the cross functional work processes associated with conceptual and detailed design and engineering, procurement, construction,pre-commissioning, planning & scheduling, cost control, and finance management on large scale projects, particularly in remote locations such as Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Nigeria, India, Kazakhstan, and Australia.
Peter has over 35 years finance and accounting experience including operating as an Independent Financial Consultant focusing for the MENA region. His previous roles have included Acting CEO, CFO, Controller, Finance and Administration Director within the Energy Services, Defense and Logistic Services, Merchant Banking, Construction and Chemical sectors. Peter is a member of the UAE Advisory Committee for CPA Australia and retains an advisory role in the development of new efficient energy producing technologies. He is a CPA, Australia and holds a Post Graduate Degree in Petroleum Finance and Taxation from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy at the University of Dundee and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Technology, Sydney
Konstantin has more than 20 years of experience in management and administration in the oil and gas sector. In the period from 1993 to 2016, he worked on corporate and economic security in the subsidiaries of PJSC "Gazprom", a Russian multinational energy corporation. Konstantin specializes in the implementation of new models of management and motivation, development and implementation of company crisis response plans, protection of company resources, as well as marketing and government relations.
Oleg graduated from the Economic faculty of the Moscow State University and has over 20 years of work experience in tax and financial sphere, both in industry and in consulting. He started his career in Andersen where he provided consulting services to clients in energy and financial sector. In 2000 through 2005 Oleg worked as the tax manager in Finartis group, an investment holding, engaged in transportation and financial area. After that, Oleg joined Deloitte where he provided tax and financial consulting services to manufacturing, transportation and energy sector companies. His latest work record includes 4 years with Shtokman Development AG (SDAG), where he was dealing with full-range of tax and accounting-related issues, such as tax planning, development of tax and accounting policies and procedures, organization of tax and accounting compliance in Russia and Switzerland, interaction with tax authorities, financial and tax methodological support to all company business units, analysis of changes in legislation and court practice related to accounting and tax.
Alina has over 12 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, including 5 years with TNK-BP, 4 years with Shtokman Development AG (SDAG) and over 15 years of experience in contract engineering.
At SDAG Alina managed the EPSCC contract for the Floating Production Unit (FPU), one of the two primary contracts on the Project. As a member of the Paris-based EPSCC FPU contract team, Alina participated in the negotiations with tenderers in Paris and Moscow. In addition, she managed all of the Project’s Drilling Contract Packages.Her responsibilities included review, translation and providing assistance in drafting the following contract templates, the law of England and Wales as the governing law: Open Book Tender (OBT) contract, FEED & DED contract, Direct Agreement, Interim Agreement, Bridging Agreement, Drilling Services contract, exhibit templates to the EPSCC Master Agreement.
Alina has over 20 years of experience as a technical translator and interpreter. She also acts as a part-time translator for a number of leading translation service providers, including the Russian Translation Company (rperevod.ru) andTechInput, LLC (techinput.ru was in 2014 rated among Common Sense Advisory's Top 20 Eastern Europe Language Service Providers). Translation subject areas: Oil & Gas (upstream, midstream, downstream); legal, contract and tender documents, finance & economics.
A graduate of Philology Department of Samara State University, Rodion has a good academic background in philology, linguistics, and translation.
During his 18-year translation career, Rodion has dealt with a multitude of translation topics ranging from airport management to mining and minerals. Still, his main focus has long been technical translation and interpreting for the oil and gas sector, including rich field experience.
