THE PCP WILL BE USED AS A GUIDE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONTRACTOR ORGANIZATIONS PROJECT CONTROL REQUIREMENTS
The Project Controls Plan (PCP) describes the control procedures that will be used for all Lloyds Energy projects.
The company will maintain its own project controls team and processes in the delivery of the procedure register and hence their role will be one of co-ordination, analysis, management reporting and control over the performance of the projects on behalf of the company. Project controls are the responsibility of the Project Team.
The PCP is a critical project deliverable which consolidates and summarizes the following areas:
The PCP will be used as a guide for the development of the contractor organizations project control requirements.
The objective of this document is to provide a clear and concise explanation of how project controls shall be implemented within Lloyds Energy projects.
