Dominion Energy and Dominion Energy Midstream Partners have completed their proposed merger agreed in November last year.
The merger resulted in Dominion Energy acquiring all the outstanding public common units of Dominion Energy Midstream Partners, the company said in a statement.
In an earlier statement, Dominion Energy said it will acquire all outstanding public common units of Dominion Energy Midstream in exchange for 0.2492 Dominion Energy common shares per unit representing an increase from the original offer of nearly 1 percent.
With the completion of the merger, Dominion Energy Midstream Partners, natural gas terminaling, processing, storage, and transportation company, becomes a unit of Dominion Energy.
