South Korea’s shipbuilding giant Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering (DSME) said Friday it has won another order to build a new liquefied natural gas (LNG) carrier with a reliquefaction system.

The shipbuilder did not reveal who is the company behind the order saying only it is a buyer in the Oceania region.

This new deal comes on the back of the recent order from Greek shipping company Maran Gas Maritime for a 173,400-cbm LNG carrier scheduled for delivery in the first half of 2021.

Daewoo has so far this year won deals to build 44 ships worth about 6.4 billion. Out of these orders, 16 of them are for LNG carriers.
