Russian giant Gazprom and the German utility discussed the supply of Russian gas to Germany in a recent meeting in Moscow.
The two companies noted that gas exports from Russia to Germany in February remained at similar levels to the corresponding month last year, due to warmer weather.
Between January 1 and February 12, Gazprom delivered an estimated 7.7 billion cubic meters of gas to Germany, an increase of 0.7 percent against the same period of 2018, Gazprom said in a statement.
The companies also touched on the progress of the Nord Stream 2 project as pipelaying work in the Baltic Sea continued on schedule.
