Trading companies Gunvor, Vitol and Trafigura have qualified for a tender to supply Pakistan with six liquefied natural gas (LNG) cargoes in July and August.
State-owned company Pakistan LNG said on Wednesday in a tender document it received 11 bids in total from the three traders.
The bids were submitted on June 19.
According to a report by Reuters, citing trade source sources, Gunvor bid for all six delivery windows, Vitol three while Trafigura placed bids for two delivery windows.
The cargoes will be delivered on a DES basis to the Port Qasim, where two Pakistan’s LNG receiving facilities are located.
